I bought some "crocs" copies from Pumpkin Patch for DS but he wont wear them as they hurt his feet. You know the bit that goes over the heel or can be moved forward to make them into a clog? Well the plastic button that holds this on at each side is quite raised (I have noticed this is flush on other crocs and croc copies), this rubs on his foot.
The problem is, it is more than 28 days since I bought them and he has worn them in the garden for short bursts so I'm not sure what to do about taking them back. Would you take them in and complain? I would be happy to exchange for something else.

Definately take them back - had something similar happen with clarks of all places.
The shoes had been fitted wrong, and were marking my daughters feet. They exchanged them no problem.Debt Free Jan 2010!(Be happy) the state of your life is nothing more than the state of your mind! X:j0
