i need a recipe please!

i have just bought some sizzle dishes, thanks to peeps on here!!
i have some chicken breast goujons at home and would like to cook them in a sauce in the sizzle dishes. any ideas??? cheap as poss please!!

    Hadn't heard of them before your post :o

    Did a search in OS, but can't find any specific recipes only the reference to them by MRSMCAWBER from your previous thread about them. Maybe you could try PM'ing her to share her recipes with you? :confused:

    if i remember she said she didn't use them!! any kind of sauce recipe would be ok, just fancy something different. not too heavy

    Maybe some sort of fajita mix, if the chicken isn't breaded, with strips of pepper and onions sizzled on the dishes - to serve with rice or tortillas. Don't buy the kits - you can buy a jar of fajita seasoning (in the herbs and spices) and it lasts for ages - much better value. It's also nice for making spicy potato wedges.

    they use these at a pub we go to for dinner.... i love chicken new yorker on the sizzle plates!

    Its basically a chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon ina bbq sauce...... bloomin lovely! I often makes this at home too....but minus the sizzle dishes!
