Any teachers out there?

Do any extra work to boost their income? I stumbled across a web article detailing some of the kinds of work teachers do to boost income in the summer holidays. I am interested as a teacher what people do, if anything, and how they fit it into life with such a demanding job?

I used to be for a while and a family member still is.

Holiday jobs we have done are tour guide, sports coach, language/conversation tutoring, lap dancing, car detailing, motivational speaking, TV extra.

There were a few more but these were the ones that paid more money per week than teaching did.

I do mystery shopping to boost my income in holidays. I earned £100 during half-term last week!

Was that one thrown in to see who would notice it, or is there a lap dancing teacher somewhere?

I do tutoring and doing nanny/governess work to boost my income. Nannying is very well paid especially if you travel. I've been all around Europe nannying in school holidays. Its hard work though.
