Hi guys, i will point out you that i'm Italian.

Today i recived an Email from G4S Screening Department asking me:

""""""Please can you provide an e-mail for your parents as you advise gap 15/12/13 till present supported by parents and the p45 from ******* restaurant as the pic of bank is not sufficient . """"""

I'm living in Liverpool, and my parents are in Italy, what they need to do now ? I leave my job the 15/12/13 and now i'm currently unemployed

And 2° , i don't know what is the P45 , i need to find it on Internet and compile it on my own or i need to go to my restaurant and ask for it ? Because i sent to G4S just my Payslip !

P45 is the tax form given to you upon leaving employment in the UK OR signing off from JSA - this is probably to validate any information you've previously given them as to your last employment.

My guess is that they're seeking clarification that you have been unemployed for that period of time & not hiding anything which may cause concern. As G4S are involved with security I'd assume that would include things like a job you've been fired from or a period at Her Majesty's leisure, both of which would red flag you for any security cleared roles.

At the very least you should have received a P45 from the restaurant you were working at - that is provided you were a legally registered employee there! (That wouldn't necessarily be your fault if they haven't registered you with the tax authorities, if that's the case they should be reported to HMRC)

I didn't recive anything from the restaurant , tomorrow i will go there to ask the P45 . ( PS: i gave my resign, i havent been fired, this may affect the P45 ?)

Regarding the email of my parents, what they could write if they recive some email from G4S ? They don't speak english well .

A P45 is a normal, regular part of ending employment; whether you were fired or you chose to resign the position.

For numerous security and regulated roles for all employees to be screened to 3 or 5 years. Accounting for the entire period. You may have been in prison a broad for something and just got back. That wouldnt show on a British DSB. Etc.

They will want your parents to confirm that they provided money for you to live on since you left your job, which may have to be backed up by proof such as bank transfer documentation. I'd suggest that if G4S do send an email to them (which they probably will) your parents should send it to you so that you can ask them in Italian for what it is that G4S want, and then you can translate the answer back into English for your parents to send back to G4S.
