Getting my money back
Options
Hi this is probably not in the right section so sorry for this and if someone knows where it is better placed then let me now.
So a few years ago I took up an electricians course through a company called access to trades total cost was roughly £5000.
Anyway they went bust and we got transferred over to another company called olci now both company's have been useless i have no communication with them I have rang a number of times to ask for dates because I receive no information of them.
The way I paid for the courses was through barcleys via a no intrest loan.
My question is if I wanted to get my money back were would I got to start the process? Has anyone done this before and won there money back.? Again sorry if this is not in the right section but I really need any help to kick start this.
Thank you
Matt

I'm no expert but if you pay for something and the company goes bust that money is gone...not sure 'how' you got transferred over...did they pay them a fee to train you?People don't know what they want until you show them.0

Because I got the loan out via barcleys partner fianc! they put the loan on hold until they found another provider.
Then I started paying the loan again.
The service has been so poor though I have done a 5 day session so far with them and when I was there it was intense.
I only have about a year left on the loan but I feel cheated to be honest that they are not providing me with any information communication is no existence.
I feel trapped with it at the moment.0
