  • To anyone finding this thread, I wish I had seen it before buying; we bought a Navona sofa 2.5 years ago & paid for a better grade of leather & an optional 5 year Leather care warranty. The leather on one seat has creased and broken through exactly as mentioned in an above comment. DFS do not want to know as their warranty is for two years on the leather and our claim via the Leather care warranty had been rejected as it only covers accidental damage and ours was assessed as building over a time and an original qualtity issue. A complete waste of money!

    Don't know where you are based but if you're on Facebook, there's a chap who runs a business called Repair With Care who seems to work miracles with all sorts of damaged leather furniture who may be able to repair it for you.
