Please Help: Mortgage Application!!

Hi,
I am based in NI, I want to buy a property through co-ownership. Co ownership have given me a letter of offer. My financial advisor then helped me complete my mortgage application form for Ulster Bank. My mortgage application went to them the 10th of Feb, passed the credit score etc and has went to underwriters......I was told by them I would know by midweek this week but I still haven't heard anything.
I am extremely nervous about the whole thing and just wondered had anyone had similar experiences and any idea of what I should expect/ timeframes?
I am so confused, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Emma

Don't panic. Often delays in processing applications.
  • Hi Emma, just wondering how long it took for your mortgage offer to come through with them. I applied just under 2 weeks ago with something similar. They've came back with some queries but as yet nothing else.

Would be great to hear how things worked out for you, I'm getting anxcious now!! :-)

Are you saying you put an application in on 10th February and they said you would hear by 15th May?
