CCJ and redetermination

Hi all I really need some advice as I have checked the net and can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for.
I have a CCJ ongoing for a debt from 2012 for nursery fees. I filled the forms in immediately and returned them to the claimant. Based on my income and expenditure I was only able to offer £10 per month which is not a lot against a debt of £1900 but it's all the disposable income I have at the moment as I only work part time.
I received the acceptance form back, but he had changed the amount to £10 per week. The form was dated the 10th Feb, I didn't receive this until 13th Feb and he wanted the first payment by 15th Feb even though he had not provided any details as to where the payment should be made.
I wrote to him to request bank details, and he told me I had to pay £10 per week and not per month which was what was on the form.
I have written to the court to ask for a redetermination as I cannot afford £40 per month.
I would really like to know if I have to start making payments while this redetermination is ongoing or if I have to wait until I hear back from the court? Also, is he able to do this considering he has not actually accepted my offer but made his own offer up?
I would be due to make a payment tomorrow so I'm not sure what to do.

So he change your form and then submitted it to the court to get a CCJ for the changed amount? I would threaten to report him to the courts for falsifying court documents and submissions.Still rolling rolling rolling......

I dont know if he has changed the form, but in my letter to the court I enclosed a copy of the forms I sent to him showing my offer amount. Somehow the acceptance form from him showed the amount of £10 per week which is not what i offered.
I just dont know if I should begin to pay £10 per month as he hasnt really accepted this amount?0 -
Sneaky sod doctored your reply then. Would only pay whatever new amount the court orders.Still rolling rolling rolling......
