Radio Times Prize Not Received

Hi

I'm hoping someone can give me a bit of advice I won the radio times christmas crossword competition and had an email from them telling me my prize a tv, blu ray player and 2 Blu-ray Discs would arrive within 21 days which would've been last Friday (14th feb).

So far I have received the discs but nothing else, I have emailed them and got a response to tell me they have contacted they pr company who send them out and will let me know when they hear from them, that was on Monday, it's now Thursday and tomorrow it'll be 28 days since I was informed of the win.

What do I do? I'm new at comping, this is my first win.

Generally it is working days, I'm sure they will come good being such a big company, I'm pretty certian I had a hassle free win of them too, I'd give it a few more weeks before taking it further.

yes i am in the middle of a similar situation...i won some Lego last November and when i contacted the comp site she said she was trying to get in contact with the pr company responsible for the prize...she's been very good, keeping me updated...it does often seem to be all about the pr companies dragging their heels rather than the comp site...i'm sure i will receive it eventually, i've every faith in them...fingers crossed, i'm sure you'll receive your prize soon...in every case i think they have to deliver on their promises or it's their site that looks bad at the end of the day
