I don't understand why

I have just had my bill from n power for my duel fuel bill. From May 13 to dec 13 which was £771 and I pay £158 a month last bill stats 10/02/14. I'm £347 in credit yet they want to up my monthly dd from £158 to£220 why iam in credit I don't owe them anything. It says on my bill that my personal projection for the next 12 months will be £1,859 #12= £154 so would do they what £220 just don't know any advice would be nice.

Best to ring them up and ask directly. There must be some valid reason otherwise they wouldn't cause the trouble.0
