Can anyone help? Late delivery of a prize.

My husband had a missed call on Monday from a private number and they didn't leave a message. The next day when I got home from work we had a card through the door saying that a special delivery item had been attempted to be delivered but nobody was home. I rearranged it for today and its just been delivered and I'm absolutely gutted for him.
I opened it for him and it turns out he'd won 3 tickets to the Manchester City v Barcelona game on Tuesday night. We both entered every comp we could find as he really wanted to go.
All that's in the envelope is the tickets and a 'with compliments' slip from a company called Prism, who look like they're like a PR company or something like that.
Is there anyone that he or I can complain to about this? If we'd known they were coming and were being sent special delivery guaranteed by 1pm the next day, one of us would have taken the morning off work.
I've googled and the only prize I can find being offered for 3 tickets to the match is from the Manchester Evening News (our local paper), but no sign of a winner being announced.

I think he got off lightly considering the result

I don't actually think there is anything that can be done as they promoter clearly tried to call you and send them to you special delivery. Chalk it down as one that got away i'm afraid.

Well, so do I tbh haha. Just so gutted for him, we entered so many to win and when we do, he misses out anyway. So frustrating and annoying.

Sadly it isn't late delivery of a prize as the prize was delivered and therefore fulfilled by tuesday before the game. Sadly just have to write it off. It happens. Hope you get a nice win soon to make up. This is the only trouble with ticket prizes as often short notification

Even if nothing can be done about it I don't think there's any harm in sending a friendly email to the pr company just suggesting that they send an email / leave a voicemail in future to save someone else being disappointed next time.

Even if you get nothing out of it you may end up helping someone else and get lots of good karma for doing it
