I reclaimed this on behalf of my Son together with the Annual fee for Sentinel. Just wrote a letter addressed to bank stating how much they had taken and when looking through his statements I found that they were also taking money for a product called IDaware, upon investigation it was the same as Privacy Guard, so added that into the claim. Requested refund of all payments plus interest and compensation unless they could furnish us with evidence that the products had been agreed to by my Son. Bank telephoned and stated that they could not find any documentation relating to the sales of these products and they would refund as requested, got nearly £900 back which included £200 compensation.0
