FIT Payments Registration

Does anybody know if there is anything we can do ?
We had solar panels fitted end November 2012 The suppliers wrote a letter saying we were registered and ready to go with fit payments .

In September 2013 a friend asked how much we were getting in FIT payments answer was Zilch . Telephoned British Gas and they informed me that we were not registered as there was an error on the original and it had not been processed (We were not informed) asked me for meter reading which i gave them then received a new lot of forms which we completed and sent back in October again these were not processed (we were not informed)

Telephoned again January 7th 2014 gave them a friends email addy and they sent us forms which we had never seen before along with terms and conditions. An email on 4th February congratulated us on being FIT registered Bad news is we cant claim back any monies for the units we have produced is this correct and who can we go to find out Sent in Email to complain but so far no reply,

Hiya penny. No idea what your options are regarding mistakes, errors etc, and best of luck pursuing.

However, not all is lost, your FiT contract will still run for 20 years from registration (not install) and since the PV should be good for 30+ years, then the 'lost' 15/16 months will end up being added on to the end.

I appreciate that the tariff has now dropped, and you've missed out on two inflationary uplifts too, but at least the difference isn't too big, approx 16p v's 15p.

    Best of luck.
