Hi There Folks.

I have received a Moneyclaim online county court letter from claimant UKCPS. I did get a ticket on my windscreen and the ticket was after working hours at the weekend. I have ignored all previous letters from them and it’s not my first ticket with them. This is the first court claim form, which does make me wonder.

I’ve read a few previous posts and most of the stickies over the past couple of nights. There’s a lot there and its hard to know weather your on the good gen or not. I will defend against the claim all the way and I have done the acknowledgment of service online so I should have 28 days to prepare my defence. I am prepared to go to court.

Could one of you good souls please take me under your wing and give me a touch of guidance. If anybody could also recommend a good basic level book for me to read I fancy getting some decent knowledge together around this subject for future ‘reference’.

I will not post any info on the forum which could identify me.

Any helpful pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

look at pranksters site but what ever you do, dont blindly copy, alot is nor relevant

I'll take a good look over it. I'm gonna read over there signage and see if I can pick anything out which might give me some starters.
