    Tinned stuff does not go bad because it's OOD.

    My mum found a tin of anchovies dated 2001 when she was clearing out the cupboard when my parents moved in 2012. Had in some stuffed peppers and it was fine. The size of the tin made it slide to the back corner of the cupboard
