best fridge freezer for under 300 pounds

buying a new house guys and have no idea, but I have an idea on what to spend on appliances. Need to buy a fridge-freezer, tall standing from reliable company, pref frost free or auto defrost, white/silver, with 1-2 yr warranty.
Dixon/curry's are doing a samsung one for 299 frost free
there are some bosch ones there for 279 (but the net review showed that they have some technical problem ). the frost free bosch begins at 330 or so.
in my books 250 is a good price for a fridge freezer while 300 is max it would shell out. In that money I would want something reliable (we all do)
any suggestions
