This company is really good at selling cars but very slow to deal with any issues after the car is sold. My son bought an Astra but the following day when he returned to the car the radio had turned itself on during the night. We contacted interestfree4cars and were told no problem get it to a garage of your choice get a diagnositic report then we will pay, as the car was still under the sellers 30 day warranty - all sounds nice!. The truth is the car ran for 1 week eventually the battery went flat and the car was unusable before we could get it to the garage that we had booked the diagnostic report to be done. We then rang the comapny again who said they would pay for the tow in and diagnostic to be done, the garage we had contacted to tow the vehicle rang them and received a very luke warm reception, which they were then a little reluctant to tow the vehicle in as they were unsure if they would get paid. I have had to contact them on many occasions and at present my son has had the car for 2 weeks, one of which it has been broken down. I am at present dealing with the service manager at interestfree4cars but it all an uphill struggle. If this is an example of their after sales service then the warranty he has also taken on the car is absolutely worthless. Beware if purchasing a car that all is well before you drive it away as it will be very difficult getting past the promises of "any problems just give us a ring"
