Hardly the CSA that are useless if they are able to catch up with him? More him useless for making himself unemployed to avoid paying a legal and moral financial contribution towards his children.

Anyway, to those who are considering it, I dithered, felt bad, nearly retracted it, thought it was a waste of time but I am pleased I let things run their course. Whilst he's claiming I will get a small amount, what happens in the future who knows, but at least the small one's 'shoe fund' will have a small trickle of income!

Glad that you posted this update - just a bit of a shame that he's worked cash in hand etc.

Yes Prelude, a shame, but I can't complain as they have dealt with it very swiftly since he signed on (within 2 weeks) - shows the system is working well. He has changed his number and hasn't informed them of his address, so he's not aware yet.

Angel - I doubt it unfortunately, I did inform them, several times, but nothing happened. I guess he is a small fish in a very big sea. I struggled with reporting him, but ultimately it was the right thing to do.
