You have to book the ticket before the expiry date of the code but the date of travel can be in the future - I think it is up to 12 weeks ahead.


Also I have a code dated later this year and one for 2015 but both are showing as 0.00m - please does anyone know why?


These are all old codes where you have used up the value on them.

yes mine appeared too and 31 may 14 dates!

do you mean that there is not an amount such as £5 but a nil amount? i had this once - it showed £10 one day then £0 the next and i supposed redspotted had removed it but never found out!

i try to use codes asap now!

They should appear with the correct amount (e.g. £5.00), but once you have spent that the voucher is still listed under eVouchers but showing £0.00. I think the ones that are £0.00 do eventually get removed from the list.

Fortunately I've never had any disappear. I've a few that must be a couple of years old now, and are still there.
