National Debtline.

Hi,guys, for those of us not knowing where to turn,National Debtline was my saviour.Sent off for the info pack years ago,now having to do it again whilst divorcing.I followed it to the letter, kept writing letter after letter to creditors, eventually they will accept £1 month if that's all you have,or they will sell debt to someone that will.Don't agree to anything over phone, keep records of letters, follow Nat Debtline's advice and be strong,it saved me. DON'T pay someone to sort out debts for you,you CAN do it yourself, also beware similar sounding names.National Debtline is a registered charity, they will contact creditor's for you if nec.Creditors will add interest for a while, but don't worry, after some time perhaps you may obtain funds, then you can offer to pay them off, many accept a reduced sum. Please be strong, know your rights,I was paying huge amounts to credit cards before my late husbands redundancy, having little money for food.Through debtline's advice, was paying £1 month to creditors, and had £60 per week for food as a couple(this was the 80's,and a fortune for me),I was actually living better, with no worry. You will end up with a rubbish credit rating, but will learn to live on what you have, not a bad thing.Am here to help anyone ,have helped my 2 nephews like this, when they came out of the forces in debt! This advice is for debts not secured on the house, but Nat Debtlines advice site covers this and much more.Take care all, there is a way out!:D
