It's only best before, not use by, so if you start taking them now you'd be taking the last pack in August so it will only be 1 month over. I bought 6 packs & mine were all dated BBE July, I'm still going to take the last pack in August. My only problem will be if they really work & aren't on special offer when I run out!

I just collected mine yesterday and all three have a date of Sept 2014.
Would not recommend chewing as they are dark purple capsules, I swallowed them over with water no bother!

I was just about to order these but checked the ingredients at the last minute, just as well as I have a latex allergy and they contain avocado oil.
