When do you find out about any possible IPA?

I had my OR interview yesterday.
He didn't mention anything about possible IPA just asked reason for bankruptcy, my salary, rent and my car. He didn't ask about any other expense listed on the form.
He then said he would let me keep my car and would be writing to creditors about why i was bankrupt and that was it.
My SOA was showing a surplus of £14 per month.

My OR pretty much told me there and then at the end of the interview that I wouldn't have an income IPA but would have the NT IPA and I got a letter a week or so later confirming it and telling me an agent would be in touch to collect it from me once my NT code was applied (which took about 4 months).
If you haven't heard from them in a week or two - ring or email the OR and ask if you need to start putting money away to pay an IPA.0 -
From my interview, it was about 6 weeks before I was informed then another 6 weeks for the payments to start,:pB&SC No. 298

On a £14 a month surplus you won't get an IPA, so if the OR is allowing you to keep the car and didnt seem interested in any of the expenses you wrote down, then you are probably going to be fine.
But you don't need to start putting away any money for an IPA. If one is set, then it runs for three years from that date, it isn't backdated to when you went bankrupt.0 -
Thank you, yes he didn't mention any of the expenses other than the rent so i assumed he agreed with my SOA.0
