its been 28 days since I gave them my contact details and have not received the forza 5 xbox one game, I deleted the email after giving my address to them, any idea how to chase them please

You could try FB or Twitter if you have them (IPM guidelines are 30 days unless otherwise stated)

They have an e-mail address posted on FB ([EMAIL="facebook@pizzahut.co.uk"]facebook@pizzahut.co.uk[/EMAIL])

They seem to respond on there, so I'd get in contact with them on there too.

Did your WEM come directly from a Pizza Hut person, or a PR company, do you remember?

just an update ty 4 those with suggestions how to contact them, after a near long battle between pizza huts customers services, via fone n emails, (stupidly I deleted email, and it wasn't there to be retrived, what I did do was click my sent button, and low n behold there winning email popped up, after arguing with them for 6 weeks, I resent them there original email and bingo, I receieved my prize by recorded delivery nxt day, im sure if I hadn't found the email I wud still b battling now, many thanks and a to anyone else that has problems getting there prize DONT GIVE UP lol x julie
