After I go bankrupt - can I work for my wives company or would that be deemed suspicious?
I have nothing to do with the other company and would literally be an employee who draws a wage.

Hello there,
Whilst you are an undischarged bankrupt you will not be allowed to be a director or be involved with the running of the company. You can, of course, be an employee - though I would suggest letting the Official Receiver know your intentions.
Once you are discharged you could become a director etc.
