You clearly do not shop at Poundland. Albums are not all priced at one pound. Some are more expensive.0 -
I only shop at the 99p store0

What sort of sordid, petty Scrooge gives second-hand goods as a Secret Santa?
That's not being an mse'r, that's being a miser.
If someone was going to give me a CD for Christmas that was available in Poundland, I don't see anything wrong with spending £1 on an "as new" CD rather than spending £5-10 on the same CD elsewhere. Besides which, I've bought some CDs from Poundland and they were in perfect condition; if someone gave me one of those and removed the price sticker, I would be none the wiser.0 -
Bought 2 CDs from Poundland recently (no they weren't the Five or Atomic Kitten type) and they're not at all bad. However I've also had some good CDs from a local charity shop for 50p each - well worth a look.Make £10 per day in May challenge: £310/123.920

I had no idea that these were yet another arm of Music Magpie's empire, but although I would almost certainly never buy one for the artist, I have found them useful on a couple of occasions when I've needed to replace a case for another CD I've bought.
Although you have to check quite carefully through the cellophane for scratches, they tend to be in pretty good nick, and it's certainly easier than spending ages trying to find one in charity shops.0 -
Don`t think all are pre-used0

I've bought a Mariah Carey album from there, and it was in good nick0
