Only if it's standard practice to deprive one person of something because of someone else's actions.If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

well the CPI and RPI fell in January compared to Dec so the actual cost of living fell
year on year (i.e. the rate) it rose reflecting the fact that the cost of living usually falls in January
don't spend all that extra money too quickly!0 -
