A programme that will be of interest to OS’ers - Channel 5 on Weds 4 July.
The Diet Doctors Inside and Out …. a controversial experiment to prove the dangers of processed food. A healthy punter is forced to live on a diet of microwave meals for a fortnight - with frightening consequences.
Details are from the Radio Times online. It doesnt say it's a repeat but I'm sure something similar has been done on tv before, but I missed it.

I love the Diet Doctors - they always have some kind of experiment like this and the results just underline that it is better to eat fresh, freshly prepared food.Jane

I've watched it before - great programme!!! It was so good, I bought their book :laugh: Only have to leave it open on the page with the picture of fungal feet of "unhealthy" poo's to put my boys off
