( Im sure I once saw another thread like this but have looked and looked, so please redirect if you know of it)
firstly there is 3 of us, me and two children 8 and 6
we eat fairly normal stuff, mince dishes, pasta, rice, fish etc
still got packed lunches for next 3 weeks but then its lunch at home which I find hard, always seems to be soup!
I have a freezer
I have no oven it has broken, the gas rings work but I have a slow cooker as well
we usually have a pudding even if its just a toguet or cake and custard
I want to cook as much from scratch as cheap as possible please.

dinners =
1.mince and gravy, potatoes,white cabbage
2.pasta in tomato sauce and sausage
3.HM chicken gougons, chips and sweetcorn
4.chicken curry and rice.
5.white fish with breadcrumbs on top, mashed potato and peas.
6.pea and ham soup
lunch =

Would never part cook any food, either cook it or don't in my opinion. Meatballs/burgers I usually chop the mince even finer (something I have always done, seems to help), mix with anything you like, onions, herbs, maybe even some grated carrot or other veg for hidden veg. I usually put a little breadcrumbs and egg in then shape. The cook really quick in the frying pan or with burgers can grill them/bbq. Oh if you like the onions a little softer (my kids won't eat them if not) fry them off a little or boil them first. One day I might be more organised...........
