That is the address & phone number for News UK the parent company of the Sun (formerly News Intl)
It's a geo number I believe so should be fine.
If you're still worried, reply to the email asking them to call you.

thanks for all the reply, my son just rang the number from is work.it went to the sun answer machine so sounds ok.
