How to ignore someone?

Can't for the life of me find it in the help files etc.... ASAP please before I borrow the file we're supposed to be winning for MB's 'get out of prison' cake to stab myself in the eyes...

User CP then edit ignore list

Just click on their name then press add to ignore list .

I find it easier just clicking on the name then add to ignore list.
