    Would also strongly advise always using paypal with this store. They are renowned for ignoring emails about problems with delivery and ended up having to refund me via paypal over £20 as they wouldn't respond about a £2.99 item not received ;)
    Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed. ;)

    Will never order from the Works again, having had nothing but problems with my last 2 orders - wrong items sent; items out of stock for weeks but no information; emails ignored........very cheap, but just beware if you order with them

    Gosh, bad luck folks - I've ordered tons of times with them and never had a problem. Worth mentioning that TCB is usually generous too - 21% at the moment.
