Prize not arrived and company ignoring emails

Hi All,

Just would like a bit of advice I won this comp back In Dec - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4837779

I have replied to claim my prize and emailed over and over. Finally got a reply in Mid Jan which said I had not claimed but that they would send the prize to me the next day. Have heard nothing from them since, they are not replying to my email and deleting my FB posts.

Should I let it drop? Or keep emailing in the hope reply?

You could contact the IPM, bearing in mind the value of the prize it depends how much time you want to spend on it.

I don't suppose whether you know if the other 4 winners received theirs? did they post thanks or photos on the FB wall? Sorry to hear this, its very annoying, sorry I cant be more help x

I apparently won a hunger games prize pack on twitter in november and nothing has arrived and there is no way to chase it up either! haha I feel your pain!

Thanks for your advice. The thing that is really getting on my nerves is that they are not replying - Its just rude! I have messaged them to night I'm not holding out much hope thou!

I would threaten with reporting them to the IPM. And then if that doesn't do anything, I would report them to the IPM.

Its for 1 mug - Not a worth a lot but was going to be a fab gift for my friends little girl!
