TERMS AND CONDITITIONS

- Todays prize is £1000 cash plus a holiday for 2 adults and 2 children (details below).
- The winner will be revealed just after 8:30am the following morning.
- If a winner is under the age of 18 an adult aged 18 or over must accompany the winner at the time of receiving the prize.
- The mobile phone bill-payer’s permission is required.
- The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received during the individual contest period and will also be a contestant that answers the phone to Hallam FM.

- An entrant will only become a winner if they successfully answer the phone to Hallam FM and are confirmed during conversation as the winner.
- Hallam FM will endeavour to arrange delivery of the cash prize the same day. If unforeseen circumstances mean the cash prize is unable to be delivered within this timescale, or the winner is located outside Hallam FM’s official broadcast area, other arrangements may need to be made at the radio station’s discretion.
- Hallam FM and Bauer Media will not accept responsibility for any loss of connection during a call resulting in an entrant not becoming a confirmed winner.
- For every second text entry you make, an extra free entry will automatically be entered into the prize database. For example, 1st TEXT = 1 entry made (1 charged at £1.50 + standard network rate). 2nd TEXT = 2 extra entries are made (1 charged at £1.50 + standard network rate and 1 not charged). Therefore 2 texts sent will create 3 entries within the competition database. The process can then be repeated. This special offer must be claimed on the same day of the original first text and will not carry over to another day or competition.
Holiday prize consists of:
7 nights All Inclusive at Hotel Las Dalias, Tenerife for 2x adults and 2x children without year limitations, allocated in two rooms next to one another.
Return flights Manchester > Tenerife.
Private transport from winner residence to Manchester airport and from Tenerife airport to hotel Las Dalias, Tenerife(Canary Islands), Spain and return.
1 day pass Twin Ticket to Loro Park + Siam Park aqua park including transport.

Winner and guests must hold valid passports and are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements. No extras at any point are included in the prize, including travel. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that all travellers have appropriate travel insurance.
Any requested upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense. The prize is non-refundable and not transferable. There is no cash alternative. If the holiday is not completed by the end of 2014 or the winner cannot travel within the specified dates, it will be deemed to have been forfeited. No changes will be permitted once tickets are booked and issued. We reserve the right to restrict to certain travel dates. Accommodation is subject to advanced booking and availability. Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason.
