I wonder if other lenders will follow suit, I have been in arrears with my lender & have been charged exorbitant fees, I even made an offer of repayment on top of my monthly mortgage figure which they didn't accept because I hadn't sent in an I&E form, yet they continued to charge me £35 per month 'arrears management fee' even though I was trying to pay them off!
