I have stupidly taken out a £1v trial for 5 days to boost my gift hulk , However i received no confirmation through email , I can't get back in to my account to cancel and when i do forgotten password it says it has sent but there is nothing in my email? they previously took the £1 as pointppay*co.uk - If i ring bank will they be able to cancel payments? I have a few years back used ointshop and been able to cancel without a problem but this won't even let me log in to the account
