Eon payments?

Does anyone know how long they are currently taking to come up with the cash for FIT payments?
The emails have changed - now it's 5 - 10 days to process and another 5 days to pay....
I submitted on the 5th, I'd like to know when I'm likely to get the money.

Hopefully a lot quicker than my FITs provider who allow themselves a billing quarter to pay up in. My readings went in on the 2nd...of january that is and i'm still waiting, in fact, i'm still waiting for a contract for my last extension which was commissioned in November.
Why they take so long is any ones guess, just thank your lucky stars your not with my lot:rotfl:2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
I'm with Eon...normally payment is in my bank within 7 days.
Put mine in on Friday so I'll let you know:D16 Sanyo Hit 250s.4kWp SMA 3.8kWp inverter. SW roof. 28° pitch. Minimal shade. Nov 2011 install. Hybrid car. Ripple Kirk Hill. N.E Lincs Coast.0 -
Latest experience with Eon.
Friday 10th January - Telephoned quarterly meter reading
Thursday 16th January - Money received in bank account
Friday 17th January - FiT statement received in post0 -
Right - once again I got the acknowledgement email - I have phoned today and once again they have no record of having received my reading.
I wish they'd get a computer system that worked!0 -
emailed Eon my FIT reading on Friday evening 14th Feb.
Money in my bank account at close of day on Monday 24th = 6 working days.

Do EON send statements or calculations?
I've just had my first FIT payment and it doesn't look right to me.
Installation is 3.9KW and installed on 20/2/14, so I'm expecting 14.9p FIT and 4.64p export at 50%.
Generation has been 1037.53 over 3 months (yippee).
I was expecting about £180.
Today I received £334.47
I'm sure some of you are expert at this.
Am I missing something or does this figure look wrong.
Is there an obvious explanation?
It's pretty close to them paying the FIT twice but not exactly.0 -
Hi lisyloo
Just replied to your post about this on the Energy Board. Please see the link below.

Sshhh.... just.take.the.money.and.run...!!!
Not often you get something out of the boogers :rotfl:
If you're not comfortable, put the extra you think you've been paid into an interest bearing account (Sole Power, 14.40 Haydock tomorrow!) and when they ask for it, tell them you have up to 65 days to process the details

I worked it out (when I got the statement).
EON have made a typo on the meter reading (I know it's not my typo as I have the email I sent them).
Anyway it's money that will come off next times FIT payment in 3 months time.
It's actually 37p to my detriment because of RPI changes around April 1st.
I can't be bothered to call them and pay it back, then get it back again in 3 months, but it's not a freebie. Technically I'm slightly worse off through being paid early.0
