Thanks everyone. To reiterate, I was trying to work out whether she would still get the good rates with me being jointly responsible having a joint account. It's just so I'm not asking her to take all the risk herself and split the responsibility. At the minute she is getting a much better offer on Apr than I am hence the reason for the question. I hope that makes sense.0
