Continued noncooperation

Hi all,
I'm writing in behalf of someone else, who has just received a letter saying; "We refer to our previous letter and note that we still haven't received your payslips...we can confirm we are now notifying the OR of you continued non cooperation"
This is the first letter she had received, and it was dated 18 days after she had received her last pay slip.
She has now submitted the payslip.
Is it right or fair that the OR should be notified of 'continued non cooperation' when this letter is the first we knew of any problems?
She has called the IS company and they say 'the letter is designed to sound harsh, and not to worry' but is this a problem? The last thing she wants is for the BR to be extended....
Hope someone can advise!
Thanks

It sounds like a follow up letter so your friend should have had some notice unless the first one got lost. I'm no expert but if your friend doesn't miss any other requirements it should be fine. Use the government insolvency website it will have more info.:jMay 2013 new beginnings:j0

Only the court can suspend discharge on application and evidence from the OR. There is no way they would try or give it for something and minor, and more basically disputable as this. Relax.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
