Which Pilates DVD?

I would really like recommendations for a good Pilates DVD, any suggestions?

If you have an iTunes account you can download free podcast videos - very MSE :) I find the eFit30 podcasts very good :)
  • I've just bought Pilate's weight loss work out for dummies, my physio recommended it and I quite like it. I've also got the 10 minute workout one and that's good too. I got both for under £5 on eBay .

Have you ever done a class? It's worth doing something with a teacher rather than just DVD alone as you can easily think you're doing it right, but a teacher can spot incorrect positions and advise how to correct. That's an important factor with pilates - if you aren't in the right position you could hurt or just not get the benefit of the exercise. I'd recommend doing a few classes then you can get a DVD knowing how the moves should feel
