Is bankruptcy my only option?

Hi there, (sorta) first time poster. I'm worried right now about the options I have so I'll get the details out the way first.

My current debts stand at about £18,000 in finance purchases (Barclays, V12, Hitatchi, Money Way), £1000 to Santander Cards LTD, £600 to RBS Cards.

I'm a bipolar sufferer, and my crux seems to be expensive purchases on a whim. I'm current paying out about £600 a month in finance purchases alone. I have no other expenses as my partner pays bills/rent.

I lost my job last month and had to live on what I have sitting about. I haven't missed any payments on any of my finance agreements in the 18 months that they've been running. I should manage to make my payments this month, but after that I'm at a loss. I have no income at the moment to pay anything back, and although I'm constantly looking for work, I'm finding nothing.

If I don't manage to make all my payments (and if I do, I'll have no money to live on), what options do I have? I know Bankruptcy would be an option, but is there anything else? I've been reading about Scottish Trust Deeds but I don't have any regular income.

Any help would be appreciated.
