choc chip cookie recipe with coconut?

About 10 years ago in home economics we had to cook biscuits with a recipe from home. Mine were horrible
but my friends were gorgeous! I got the recipe and lost it long ago but they were like choc chip cookies but very soft and she did them like a tray bake. I remember the recipe contained dessicated coconut, does anyone else cook them with this and if so please can I have the recipe!!
