Tesco Clubcard question

I bought a big shop at my local Tesco Express and didn't have my Clubcard with me. Can staff at the Express stores add points later using the receipt or do I need to go to customer services at a proper Tesco store?

They do not have access to receipt details, so would advise to see the customer service desk in the store. Or for an Express - try a moment when they are quiet!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
