    Cancel your order and then re-order the 'Offer' one.

    Actually, I have found that you don't even have to be sneaky. Tell them that you have ordered an item that has now been reduced in the sale and they should oblige. If not, go ahead and cancel. Then re-order!

    Was just thinking about this and how to do it! Thanks. Wasn't sure if I was being 'good' by doing it. I did order a big urn from them recently and it has taken 3 deliveries to get it here in one piece, so thought I would use this as a reason first of a discount(perhaps try and do a pricematch of the discount of table I have ordered??)

    Note the following:

    Refund Policy change from 4th May 2005

    We want you to buy with confidence, so we are changing our refund policy. Here is a summary of the new policy:
    • We will refund any item at any store
    • We will accept goods back for a refund for 90 days, with a receipt/parcel summary
    • Without a receipt, parcel summary we will refund the last known selling price in credit vouchers
    These changes will come into effect on Wednesday 4th May 2005
