I am feeling pleased with myself as I have now ordered Easter gifts for the little ones. We always have a family get-together when my sister comes down from Scotland and they usually come here - 4 children ages 2-7.
Got 2 t-shirts (2 pack) for the two boys, the same but girly ones for one of the girls and two sets of pyjamas for the oldest girl. All in M&S sale with extra 10% plus a small amount from TopCashback. So, spent just over £18 for that lot and now I will look out for bargain (little) Lindt bunnies to put in the gift to make it seasonal. They all get too much chocolate as it is due to having so many relatives.

I only buy for my kids, but don't get them eggs as their grandparents get them. They usually have about 4 or 5 each and don't need anymore from us.
This year they will each get big ceramic money boxes (which I got at xmas and forgot to give them lol) dds is an owl and the boys have a safe and a treasure chest.
They have small money boxes which is for their pocket money (£3 a week from grandparents) these ones will be for pennies.
My idea being, when they are especially nice to each other or do things they're asked to without fuss they will get some copper to go in there boxes. Every so often we will open them and count what they have earnt.
I will pick them each up an Easter themed craft pack and some pjs (because I never need an excuse for new pjs!) tooMummy to ds 29/12/06 dd 10/2/08 ds 25/5/11:Amy angel born too soon 18/11/12, always with me Emmie Faith:A15 projects in 2015 10/15completed0 -
My children are pre-schoolers so don't fully understand easter but I want them to enjoy it. I don't want to buy loads of chocolate as they will get given loads anyway, so I'm want to do something a bit different.
I'm thinking:
Easter egg hunt - I will decorate the garden and let them find small gifts like:
A few chocolates - but not too many.
New toothbrushes - they need them anyway.
Bubbles
Cress seeds
I've also bought Ds an Easter activity book.0
