Each weekly draw is open to entrants between the following dates: • Draw 1: February 14 to midday on March 13;
• Draw 2: March 13 to midday on April 16;
• Draw 3: April 16 to midday on May 14;
• Draw 4: May 14 to midnight on June 13, 2014
7. The winner for each draw will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date for that draw. An up to date list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to Authentic Australia Monthly Prize Draw Winners, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT before July 31, 2014.
8. Each winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw they have won. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner by that time or if a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
10. The prize in each draw is as follows:
• Draw 1: One 12-bottle case of Victorian wine;
• Draw 2: Australia food hamper;
• Draw 3: One 12-bottle case of Victorian wine;
• Draw 4: Australia food hamper.
Each prize includes two one-day tickets to the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, valid on any day from July 8 to July 13, 2014.
11. Prizes do not include travel to or from the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, accommodation, personal expenditure or incidental costs. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Tourism Victoria.
