Juicer recommendation

Options
Hi - I've had a look and can't find anything - Please can anyone recommend a good juicer. The Philips seems to have an issue with cracking lids. It has mixed reviews.

Thanks or point me in the direction of a previous post.

  • I have a Breville which is fantastic. Chomps through everything like nobodies business. Quite expensive outlay but still going strong after 8 years!

We have a Sage juicer, really good results, easy to clean if a bit fiddly. Takes up quite a bit of work top space if you want to keep it out all of the time.

I have the Philips juicer and it's very good. No problems with the lid.

Perhaps compare it with the sage one in a shop.

  • We got an Andrew James from amazon was half price!
It's pretty good but the pulp of oranges is still a little wet (indicating it could do a slightly better job)
I love it though and use it almost daily :)

We have the Phillips too and it's very good. Has been used continually since 2008. No parts are cracked or broken. I'd buy another.
  • Phillips Avance - brilliant and very quick and easy to clean
  • EEEEK ! just looked at the price of the Philips one

thats over 100 cartons of juice spent before you buy your fruit -

If your not impatient they come around at lidl for just over £20 ish - i expect they’ve gone up a little like everything though (whole fruit juicer) and mines run for 5 years problem free so far - I "juice" a large apple tree every year - plus other things..over 150 lb of blackberrys last year..and day to day stuff

so Its quite well built to withstand someone like me...

but it depends if you can hang on for them coming around really..
and if you think its worth over £100 to have one now...unless i looked at the wrong one.
