I've got half of pack in my fridge. How to use it up? I thought about jam tarts. Any other ideas ,please?

Will it be fine? I bought it chilled. Never tried before.0

Currant flat - roll it out into a circle, put a handful of currants and a sprinkle of sugar in the middle, fold the edges in, roll out, bake.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

Bakewell tarts, mini tarlets filled with raspberries and ganache or creme patissiere with fruits:

Or maybe something more savoury like individual pies.
Hope that helps'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
wrapped tightly in cling film it freezes beautifully I always seem to have a bit left over so I freeze it until I have enough bits in there to make another pie or a stash of jam tarts for my four dear hollow legged DGS who will eat almost anything put in front of them

Like the currant flat but put pesto in and cut into 'sticks'. I serve them with pasta dishes.0
