Inspiration needed please
I've got catering size packs of the following items from approved foods and would like some ideas of different things to make other than the obvious use
chocolate muffin mix
bread roll mix
stuffing mix - doesn't taste that nice as stuffing
oh and I have lots of lasagne sheets and tons of basmati rice to use up too

I have jacket potatoes with stuffing - bake the potato and then mash with butter, dried stuffing and grated cheese and then put the mixture back in the potato.0

I use stuffing in meatloaf, just add the dry mix to mince (any type of meat you fancy), breadcrumbs, seasoning, tomato puree, garlic. Add an egg to bind and pop it in the oven for about an hour....yum!
