Mighty Deals, no refund and no customer support or contact

Back in August 2013 I bought a voucher code for a tablet from Mighty Deals and the tablet arrived not working arranged to send back at my own cost and told that a new tablet would be sent out, Since then I have not received the tablet so I contacted Mighty deals who eventually agreed to refund me within 5 days and asked me to send a copy of the postage cost and they would consider refunding that. Two weeks ago I had called Mighty deals who stated I would hear back in 24 hours. Still nothing. I now do not get a reply to my emails and the phone line answers and then just remain , no doubt chasin up by phone has cost a fair few pounds too

Two years ago I bought a voucher for a photo canvas through them. I didn't receive it. I couldn't get any response either
