Any ideas where this came from ?

Hi

I received an unexpected parcel in the post today ( always exciting !) unwrapped it and it is a bottle of "Method Dish Soap " ........it's a very pretty bottle and all that but I'm pretty sure I've never entered a comp to win a bottle of washing up liquid !?.. Anyway I guess it'll come in handy but just wondering if anyone else has received the same or can throw any light on what competition it may have come from.
